30 Day Returns
All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back unless the reason for returning the item was due to an error on your order caused by Symphony Medical Supply. When the returned unit is received it will go through an inspection process for damage and use. Also the process will check for all original unopened packaging. We cannot accept the return of any opened packages for Stryker C2dx Gaymar heating pads or Adroit Medical Heating pads. We will not accept return of an item that has been used unless it is determined defective and covered under manufacturer warranty.
