Shipping Policy
NO UPS shipping charges added to your order for Incontinence Supplies UPS shipping charges are added to your order for all other products. After adding product(s) to your CART you can check the shipping time and cost by entering your zip code in the shipping calculator below the cart summary on the left side column. At our discretion we may pack multiple cases together to save you and us shipping charges. Saturday and shipments out of the continental US also require additional fees. If you want a Saturday or international shipment call or e-mail us for a shipping cost quote.

Discreet Home Delivery
If requested, your incontinence supplies from Symphony Medical Supply will be delivered in discreet and/or tape discreeted cartons. There will be no need to worry that specific carton printing and labels reveal the box contents. We use plain, non-descriptive cartons or brown kraft tape to respect your privacy. Please mark the discreet home delivery box in the shopping cart before your final check-out.
